About the job:This company is currently in search of a Senior Full Stack Developer with a minimum of 8 years
of experience to join our team. As a prominent fintech provider, we are dedicated to
building innovative products and enhancing our existing offerings.
The ideal candidate will have a track record of developing comprehensive platforms
using a variety of technologies and should feel comfortable working with both front and
back-end languages. Proficiency in Javascript and its frameworks, including React,
NextJS, and ExpressJS, is essential. Additionally, candidates should possess experience
with AWS and a willingness to expand their knowledge in this area.
In this role, you will be actively engaged in the complete production development
lifecycle, covering design, development, deployment, and maintenance of new and
existing features. Given the substantial impact your work will have on our product
stability, we seek an individual with strong analytical and time management skills.
We are particularly interested in candidates who exhibit curiosity about emerging
technologies and are eager to explore ways to implement them. Leadership qualities are
crucial, as the ideal candidate should have experience coaching and mentoring other
developers while overseeing and propelling projects forward.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, deploy, and maintain new and existing features
  • Work with front-end and back-end technologies
  • Model databases and ensure data integrity
  • Analyze and optimize the performance and stability of our products
  • Mentor and coach other developers on the team
  • Oversee and drive projects forward

Qualifications: 
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience as a full-stack developer
  • Proficiency in Javascript and javascript frameworks such as React, NextJS, and
  • VueJS
  • Proficiency in NodeJS and TypeScript
  • Experience with front-end and back-end technologies
  • Excellent modeling skills and understanding of database principles.
  • Experience with AWS and a willingness to learn more.
  • Strong analysis and time management skills
  • Curiosity about new technologies and a desire to implement them.
  • Experience in coaching and mentoring other developers.
  • Ability to oversee and drive projects forward
