Apprenticeship Program: Junior Full Stack Developer

We are excited to offer a hands-on apprenticeship program for individuals interested in becoming Junior Full Stack Developers. This program is designed for beginners who are eager to learn web and Windows application development while gaining practical experience with Azure cloud services, the Blazor framework, front-end technologies, and Bluetooth device integration. You will work closely with experienced developers, learning and contributing to real projects while developing a broad technical skillset.

Duties and Tasks:

Assist senior developers in designing, developing, and deploying backend solutions using Azure services (e.g., Azure Functions, Azure App Service). Learn how to create responsive user interfaces for web and Windows applications using Blazor, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Explore Bluetooth device integration and how to add this functionality to applications. Contribute to developing RESTful APIs and backend services to support web and IoT integrations. Participate in troubleshooting and performance optimization across the full technology stack. Engage in code reviews and learn about coding standards, best practices, and documentation. Core Qualifications: A basic understanding of programming concepts, with a desire to learn software development (C#, .NET Core/ASP.NET Core knowledge is a plus but not required). Some exposure to frontend technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript through coursework or self-study. A strong interest in cloud services (e.g., Azure) and emerging technologies like Bluetooth and IoT. Willingness to learn version control systems (e.g., Git) and Agile development practices. Problem-solving mindset, attention to detail, and eagerness to learn from hands-on experience. Good communication skills and openness to working in a team environment.
