Inside Sales Representative

Responsibilities:
- Outbound Sales: Initiate outbound calls to potential clients who have expressed interest in our financial services or who have received our direct mail offers.
- Inbound Sales: Handle inbound calls from potential clients responding to our marketing campaigns.
- Client Engagement: Build rapport with clients, understand their financial needs, and provide suitable loan options.
- Data Verification: Confirm client details accurately and update our CRM system.
- Follow-up: Conduct follow-up calls to ensure client satisfaction and close sales.
- Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of sales experience, preferably in a US campaign or handling US clients.
- Skills: Excellent communication skills, persuasive, and able to handle objections effectively.
- Technology: Proficient with CRM software and basic computer applications.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred but not required.
- Availability: Willingness to work US hours (night shift in the Philippines).
