Front Desk Admin

Responsibilities:
- Manage inquiries and messages of students or parents.
- Handle scheduling of music classes and provide real-time support in booking appointments.
- Make music room arrangements: ensure instruments and materials are set up for each scheduled lesson.
- Assist in preparing reports and payroll documentation.
- Conduct social media marketing activities: manage platforms, create content, and engage with followers.
- Handle all school-related inquiries through channels such as email, Viber, and Messenger.
Requirements:
- Preferably College Graduate but undergraduates are welcome.
- Excellent computer skills, especially typing, including proficiency in Google Workspace.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, keen to detail.
- Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.
- Prior administrative and customer service experience is a plus.
- Comfortable in speaking in Tagalog and English.
Work Schedule and Benefits:
- Work Schedule: Sunday to Wednesday, 10 AM - 8 PM
