Minimum Requirements

  • Fresh Grad / Entry Level specializing in Customer Service or equivalent.
  • Required skill(s): Customer Service related experience.
  • Required language(s): English.
Responsibilities

What you'll be doing

  • Handling inbound calls from customers and addressing their queries and concerns in a professional and efficient manner.
  • Providing accurate information and guidance to customers on a range of healthcare-related topics.
  • Documenting customer interactions and maintaining detailed records of all conversations.
  • Escalating complex issues to the appropriate team members for resolution.
  • Adhering to company policies and procedures to ensure a consistent and high-quality customer experience.
  • Continuously seeking opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and team performance.

Qualifications
  • College Graduate (any courses) no experience needed.
  • Completed 2 yrs in college, Associate/Vocational -2yrs with at least 6 mos work experience (not necessarily BPO).
  • Willing to work onsite, available ASAP.
  • Flexible schedule/GY.
  • Salary package: 19K.
  • Other benefits: 20% Night Diff, HMO upon hire plus 14th month pay.
