Role OverviewBRAND VISION AND ARCHITECTURE DEVELOPMENT
- Develops brand vision in relation to the segment
- Supports the brand vision with growth strategies and forecast
- Creates brand architecture and identifies line extensions and new solutions with minimal supervision to strengthen brand equity and ensure sustainable business growth
- Drives the commercialization of new product/solutions (includes line extensions and packaging improvements)
- Reviews brand's value proposition vis-a-vis customer's usage and satisfaction and recommends adjustment on communication to sustain business growth and market share
- Operationalizes brand strategic priorities from ideation to execution of programs related to the go-to-market route identified:
- DTC: ATL, digital, BTL activations (schools, barangays), trade promotions (promo packs, price off, merchandising, salesclerk incentive program)
- Ethical: Understands territorial MD coverage and brand Rx value to drive Rx-generating, brand-building, relationship-building, and patient programs
- Leads periodic brand reviews with stakeholders, discussing industry trends, competition, and brand implications
- DTC: Reviews media, BTL activations with partner agencies, and trade with S&C
- Ethical: Reviews MD programs with Field Ops
- Develops brand marketing plan and briefs, recommends touchpoints aligned to the brand strategy independently or with minimal supervision
- DTC: Consumer Marketing plan, Brand DNA, Consumer creative engagement brief
- Ethical: MD Marketing plan, KOL module development brief, CME brief
- Organizes Rx and OTC data for Pre-Demand and Demand Reviews; identifies key issues, opportunities, and action plans based on program evaluations
- Recommends opportunities for cost efficiencies and effectiveness to improve brand profitability
- Determines optimal investment mix between ethical and DTC programs to meet growth and sales targets
- Prepares contingency plans and safeguards based on risk analysis related to sales forecasts, budgets, and profitability
- Contributes to questionnaires and requirements for studies: DTC (Immersion, home visits, IDI, FGDs), Ethical (MD interviews, surveys, RTDs, clinic visits, PSR work, KOL and society meetings, MD programs)
- Addresses the needs of internal and external customers
- Creates customer profiles and pen portraits for brand programs: DTC (Pen portrait, insight themes), Ethical (MD profile)
- Manages relationships with internal (CSPM, Media, Finance, Medical Affairs, Field Operations, Medical Alliance Group) and external customers (BHA, Media, Digital, agencies, MDs)
- Develops and maintains relationships with MD KOLs, creating engagement plans to strengthen ties
- Handles new product development as per LRP plans
- Collaborates with internal and external partners from sourcing to launch
- Graduate of Business Administration, Marketing, Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related fields
- At least 3-6 years of relevant experience
- Experience in Product Management, Digital Marketing, and Sales or related fields
- Proficient in MS Office, fluent in English (written and spoken), knowledgeable in digital marketing solutions, adaptable and flexible
