What you'll be doing

  • Oversee and coordinate the merchandising activities of our retail outlets, ensuring products are displayed effectively and in accordance with company standards
  • Analyse sales data and customer trends to develop and implement effective merchandising strategies
  • Train and manage a team of merchandisers, providing guidance and support to ensure they achieve their targets
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging in-store displays and promotions
  • Monitor inventory levels and stock replenishment to minimise out-of-stock situations
  • Identify opportunities for improvement and implement new merchandising techniques to drive sales
  • Maintain accurate records and provide regular performance reports to the management team

  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in a merchandising or retail management role
  • Strong understanding of merchandising principles and best practices
  • Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and time management skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and lead a team of merchandisers
  • Proficient in data analysis and performance reporting
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Familiarity with the retail and consumer products industry
