Job Overview:

Southeastasia Retail, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Merchandising Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations department, you will be responsible for ensuring the timely receipt and display of merchandise in our selling area.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement stockroom procedures to maintain optimal inventory levels and minimize shrinkage.
  2. Coordinate with sales personnel and promo/merchandisers to ensure accurate and timely product placement.
  3. Maintain accurate records of receiving summaries and schedule adjustments as needed.
  4. Assist in the preparation of store displays and promotional signage.
  5. Verify price changes and ensure proper handling of products.
  6. Conduct regular audits to ensure cleanliness and organization of the store.

Requirements:

  • College Graduate
  • At least one (1) year of experience in a related industry
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, analytical, and negotiation skills
  • Computer literate
