Job Description


• Lead, train, and oversee all IT Personnel, technology, and services.


• Day-to-day supervision of the company's Head office and IT Teams in providing technical support to both onsite and remote employees.


• Install, update, test, and maintain network equipment, servers, databases, and other technology. Assist with troubleshooting of complex and specialized problems and needs.


• Analyze existing computer systems and make recommendations for upgrades and improvements.


• Maintain essential IT operations, including operating systems, security tools, applications, servers, email systems, firewall, network, laptops, desktops, software, and hardware.


• Install office internet, landline, and access points.


• Perform laptop repair and troubleshooting.


• Conduct software installation.


• Configure and maintain CCTV and biometrics.


• Ensure the security of all IT peripherals.


• Maintain inventory of all IT assets.

Requirements
  • Graduate of any Technical or IT-related courses (such as BS Computer Engineering, Electronic and Communication Engineering, Electronics and Computer Technology, Computer Science, and Information Technology).
  • Must have a minimum of 3 years of experience in the Technical Support Field.
  • Preferably with at least 2 years of experience in a supervisory capacity.
  • Must have good oral and written English communication skills.
  • Proficient in Windows operating system.
  • Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills.
