Overview

Treasury Sales Officer (Institutional Desk) — East West Banking Corporation. Location: North Luzon. Work Arrangement: Onsite. This role is part of Treasury - Distribution, focusing on servicing institutional clients with investment and hedging needs across Fixed Income, FX, and UITFs.

What The Role Will Entail
  • Service investment and hedging needs (Fixed Income, FX, UITFs) of institutional and QIB clients
  • Act as the main touchpoint for clients, ensuring professional and competitive execution of transactions
  • Collaborate with RBG and WM teams to support client portfolio growth
  • Deliver strong client servicing to generate business opportunities and deepen relationships
  • Monitor market trends and competitor offerings to enhance EastWest\'s product positioning
  • Contribute to increased revenue and CASA through client flows and cross-selling
What We\'re Looking For
  • University graduate, preferably in Math, Finance, Business Management, Accountancy, or related fields
  • Preferably with the following certifications:
  • Treasury Certification Program
  • SEC Fixed Income Salesman
  • UITF Certification
  • Relevant experience in Treasury, Investments, or Institutional Client Management
  • Strong financial acumen, communication, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with internal teams
