About the role

As a District Sales Manager at New Marketlink Pharmaceutical Corporation, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and managing a team of sales representatives within a defined geographical district. This is a full-time position located in Cebu, Central Visayas. You will play a crucial role in achieving the company's sales targets and expanding its market presence in the region.

What you'll be doing

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets within your assigned district

  • Recruit, train, and manage a team of high-performing sales representatives

  • Monitor and analyse sales performance data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement

  • Provide coaching and mentorship to your sales team, helping them develop their skills and reach their full potential

  • Maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners within your district

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market changes, and competitor activities

  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a sales management role, preferably within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry

  • Proven track record of successfully leading and motivating a sales team to achieve or exceed sales targets

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to drive decision-making

  • Proficient in using sales and customer relationship management (CRM) software

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field

  • Fluency in English and the local language(s) of the region

  • Preferably resident of Cebu
