About the role
As a District Sales Manager at New Marketlink Pharmaceutical Corporation, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and managing a team of sales representatives within a defined geographical district. This is a full-time position located in Cebu, Central Visayas. You will play a crucial role in achieving the company's sales targets and expanding its market presence in the region.
What you'll be doing
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets within your assigned district
Recruit, train, and manage a team of high-performing sales representatives
Monitor and analyse sales performance data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
Provide coaching and mentorship to your sales team, helping them develop their skills and reach their full potential
Maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners within your district
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market changes, and competitor activities
Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings
What we're looking for
Minimum 2 years of experience in a sales management role, preferably within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry
Proven track record of successfully leading and motivating a sales team to achieve or exceed sales targets
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to drive decision-making
Proficient in using sales and customer relationship management (CRM) software
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
Fluency in English and the local language(s) of the region
Preferably resident of Cebu
