Sr. Governance Risk and Compliance Specialist

The GRC Specialist (Governance, Risk, and Compliance)/ Compliance Officer shall be responsible for supporting the Company's control environment by ensuring that policies, procedures, and processes are defined and updated; risks are identified and managed; controls are tested; exceptions are remediated; and data is analyzed and used for continuous improvement and optimization. This role involves developing, implementing, and managing an organization-wide compliance program and performing audit and compliance activities.
Responsibilities- Coordinating with all departments for all policies and procedures.
- Planning, implementing, and overseeing risk-related programs.
- Creating and coordinating proper reporting channels for compliance issues.
- Developing company compliance communications.
- Coordinating and scheduling required compliance training for employees.
- Participating in the design, implementation, operation, and maintenance of the GRC compliance standards, including certification where applicable.
- Coordinating with data privacy compliance programs to ensure IT activities, processes, and procedures meet defined requirements, policies, and regulations.
- Supporting the development and implementation of the system-wide risk management function of the information security program.
- At least 2 years of Compliance and GRC experience.
- At least 2 years of internal audit, ISO auditing, and security/compliance audits.
- Ability to work accurately with strong time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work well with others to accomplish common goals.
- Good communication skills with the ability to interact with all levels of the organization.
- Positive attitude and high stress threshold to succeed in a dynamic environment.
- Exhibits a sense of responsibility and urgency toward goal accomplishment.
- Knowledge in internal auditing, IT service management, ISO compliance and frameworks, and business analytics.
- Willing to be assigned in Carmona, Cavite.
