  • Communicates with customers on the phone or by written correspondence to address concerns.
  • Resolves customer issues on the first contact whenever possible without transferring the caller.
  • Matches customers' needs to Clients' products, solutions and services.
  • Uses settlement and influencing abilities to recover objections and achieve customer buy-in.
  • Communicates specific information to internal and external clients and shares understanding with colleagues.
