To provide excellent customer service and help execute daily operations to drive sales while keeping focus on The Church of Eleven22 and Hope's Closet vision of being a movement for all people to discover and deepen a relationship with Jesus Christ.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Minister of the gospel
  2. Drive sales by executing daily operations of inventory and providing excellent customer service to our donors and customers
  3. Maintain organization in donations operation – processing area, donation door, warehouse, and stockroom
  4. Support the Assistant Manager - Donations in donation receiving, sorting, processing, and replenishment processes
  5. Maintain donation standards and assist in accomplishing donation processing goals
  6. Assist in coordination and management of Hope's Closet serve staff in donation operations and serving opportunities
  7. Model The Church of Eleven22 mission, vision, and core values
  8. Demonstrate the ability to make disciples who make disciples
  9. Exhibit strong, proactive communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills
  10. Possess strong organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills
  11. Stay focused on daily and weekly tasks
  12. Work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Education & Experience

  • 1-2 years of relevant work experience, including retail or warehouse experience
  • High school diploma preferred

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work

This part-time position follows a rotating schedule, with days varying weekly based on store needs, events, and weekends. A minimum commitment of 10 to 20 hours per week is required. Please ensure your availability aligns with this schedule.

This role operates mainly in the donation department, which includes both sales floor and warehouse/stockrooms, utilizing equipment like hand carts, dollies, ladders, rolling carts, and racks.

Physical Demands

This active role requires the ability to stand or walk on concrete flooring for prolonged periods; bend, lift, grasp, reach, push, and pull materials; walk on uneven surfaces, ladders, and stairs; and lift up to 50 lbs.
