Key Responsibilities

  1. Recruit, train, and mentor a team of financial advisors

  4. Build strong client relationships and expand the company's market reach
  5. Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations
Qualifications

  1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field
  2. At least 3-5 years of experience in sales, financial services, or insurance
  3. Strong leadership and team management skills
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  5. Goal-oriented and highly motivated to drive business success
