Job Description

  1. Lead and oversee all aspects of project management within the organization.
  2. Develop and execute long-term strategies for the Manila center, focusing on driving value creation for the organization and positioning the business as the Service Provider of Choice.
  3. Take full accountability for the overall transformation journey of the Manila center, ensuring the alignment of all processes, projects, and objectives with organizational goals.
  4. Lead the implementation of key transformation initiatives, from conceptualization to execution, ensuring timely and successful completion of all deliverables.
  5. Implement and optimize project management methodologies, ensuring best practices and industry standards are adhered to across all projects.
  6. Maintain compliance with industry regulations and company standards.
  7. Build strong relationships with key stakeholders within and outside the organization.
  8. Serve as a critical point of contact between the Manila center and global teams, ensuring effective communication, collaboration, and alignment of objectives.
  9. Act as a capability resource not only for Manila but for the organization as a whole, providing expertise and leadership across the global project management and transformation initiatives.
  10. Foster a culture of innovation and agility, ensuring the Manila center and global teams are responsive and adaptable to market and organizational changes.
  11. Drive a results-oriented culture, ensuring that each team member is empowered to succeed and contribute to the center's transformation.

The Successful Applicant

  1. A Bachelor's Degree in Operations Management, Management Information Systems (MIS), Organizational Development, or anything similar.
  2. Proven experience in senior leadership roles, with a focus on Project Management, Transformation, and Strategic Execution.
  3. Strong expertise in overseeing the full lifecycle of large-scale projects, from planning to execution, ensuring adherence to timelines and targets.
  4. Experience working with cross-functional, global teams and managing complex initiatives across multiple geographies.
  5. Certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP, Prince2) and Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum Master, SAFe) is highly desirable.
  6. Knowledge of platforms that support digital transformation (ServiceNow).
  7. Strong knowledge of transformation methodologies, change management, and continuous improvement practices.
