Join our team to manage MDM ticket processing and ensure compliance with operational and legal standards in a collaborative environment.

Your Role

Key responsibilities include:

  • Perform daily tasks as assigned by process leads.
  • Ensure timely processing of MDM tickets/requests according to daily targets.
  • Perform correct MDM creations, modifications, and clean-ups.
  • Execute processes in accordance with specified requirements and legal provisions.
  • Collaborate continuously with other organizational units, including Poland.
  • Update, collect, sort, and archive documents generated during operations following team rules.
  • Carry out any other official orders related to tasks and position objectives.
About You

The company is looking for:

  • Graduate of Finance or related field.
  • Minimum of 6 months of experience in a related field.
  • Ability to work under time pressure with minimum supervision.
  • Strong sense of ownership and accountability.
  • Highly focused, detail-oriented, with well-developed self-organizational skills.
  • Critical observation skills and ability to implement new solutions.
  • Ability to write and raise queries clearly and comprehensively.
  • Proficient communication skills in English.
  • Ability to use tools, technology, and methods relevant to the field to improve service efficiency.
  • Knowledge of globally recognized design methodologies and troubleshooting.
  • Innovation and project management skills to enhance service quality and efficiency.
  • Ability to share knowledge and experience to raise team competence.
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), including sorting/filtering data, conditional formatting, pivot tables/graphs, vertical search, data validation, consolidation, and grouping.
