  • Sign up partnerships with government agencies such as DOT, DTI, and other related.
  • Introduce new local concepts for tiangge.
  • Supervises and coordinates leasing tenant spaces in the assigned mall.
  • Negotiates with prospect tenants.
  • Look and meet with new prospects that would fit the tenant mix of the handled mall.
  • Coordinates with other departments concerned on the requests or concerns from tenants.
  • Creates strategies that will increase, improve and maximize the mall's occupancy.
  • Perform other duties related.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College degree of any field.
  • At least 2 years of experience with Mall Leasing and/or Trade Fairs and Exhibits.
  • Effective written and oral communication skills.
  • Strong leadership skills.
  • Willing to be assigned in Greenhills, San Juan City.
