Office Administrator

About the Role and Environment:

The role is intended to support day-to-day management of the office in relation to HR and Administrative functions, invoicing and collection of the Firm's collections, and various statutory requirements.

Department and Reporting Lines:

HR / Admin reporting to the Managing Director

Responsibilities:

  1. Managing office supplies, space, equipment, and budget.
  2. Client correspondences, billing, contracts, collections.
  3. Reports, expenses, budgets (payroll).
  4. Maintain policies, schedules, manage employee/company records.
  5. Ensure office requirements are met.
  6. Others as may be required.

Candidate Requirements:

  1. 5+ years working in an administrative or HR function.
  2. College graduate in a business administration/HR course.
  3. Good communication skills, organized, honest, and mature.
  4. Proactive and resourceful.
  5. Knowledgeable in MS Office and Google platforms; bonus if interested in design.
  6. Willing to work in Makati City.
