About the Role and Environment:
The role is intended to support day-to-day management of the office in relation to HR and Administrative functions, invoicing and collection of the Firm's collections, and various statutory requirements.
Department and Reporting Lines:
HR / Admin reporting to the Managing Director
Responsibilities:
- Managing office supplies, space, equipment, and budget.
- Client correspondences, billing, contracts, collections.
- Reports, expenses, budgets (payroll).
- Maintain policies, schedules, manage employee/company records.
- Ensure office requirements are met.
- Others as may be required.
Candidate Requirements:
- 5+ years working in an administrative or HR function.
- College graduate in a business administration/HR course.
- Good communication skills, organized, honest, and mature.
- Proactive and resourceful.
- Knowledgeable in MS Office and Google platforms; bonus if interested in design.
- Willing to work in Makati City.
