Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Marketing Administrator to join our Clients' marketing team. The successful candidate will be responsible to manage marketing reports, website content, product uploads, image editing, blog formatting, social media scheduling, and organize the content library.

The client is an Australian industry leader for breastfeeding products. Applicants must be comfortable talking and working with images of breastfeeding and postpartum.

Work Set Up:

  1. Employment Type: Full Time
  2. Shift Schedule: Mon-Fri, 6:00 am to 3:00 pm
  3. Work Setup: Onsite
  4. Location: Makati (Cavite office also available if preferred)
  5. Client Industry: Breastfeeding Online Store

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Marketing Reporting: Prepare and maintain reports for our marketing dashboard, ensuring data accuracy and insights tracking.
  2. Website Management: Upload new products to our website, including product descriptions, pricing, and metadata.
  3. Website Copywriting: Write and edit compelling product descriptions and other website content.
  4. Image Editing: Resize and optimise product images for web use, maintaining brand consistency.
  5. Content Formatting: Format and publish blogs on our website, ensuring readability and SEO best practices (blog copy is provided by our copywriter).
  6. Social Media Scheduling: Schedule content across our social media platforms using our scheduling tool.
  7. Content Library Organization: Maintain and organise our internal content library, ensuring easy access to assets for our team and retailers.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing or any related field.
  2. 2 years of experience in a related role.
  3. Highly organised and detail oriented.
  4. Has an interest in websites, design, products based digital marketing.
  5. Has knowledge about being a mum/breastfeeding is a bonus.
  6. Must be comfortable talking and working with images of breastfeeding and postpartum.
