Overview

TalentPop is looking for thoughtful, friendly, and tech-savvy individuals who love helping others and want to grow their careers in a fully remote environment. Respond to customers via chat, email, or phone in a professional and friendly manner. Handle inquiries related to product information, order tracking, returns, and account concerns. Use Gorgias and Shopify to manage tickets and provide fast, accurate support. Stay informed on product updates and support practices to ensure a consistent customer experience.

  • Handle inquiries related to product information, order tracking, returns, and account concerns
  • Use Gorgias and Shopify to manage tickets and provide fast, accurate support
  • Stay informed on product updates and support practices to ensure a consistent customer experience

What We're Looking For
  • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
  • At least 1 year of hands-on experience with both Shopify and Gorgias
  • Comfortable working independently and handling multiple conversations at once
  • Empathetic, patient, and reliable when addressing customer concerns
  • Team-oriented with a strong work ethic and attention to detail

  • Your own computer or laptop (i5 processor or equivalent preferred)
  • A stable internet connection (at least 15 Mbps upload/download speed)
