Role: Talent Acquisition Associate
Work Schedule: Day Shift - PH Time
Work Setup: Onsite, Makati
Monthly Salary: Up to Php 23,000 + benefits

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of Human Resource Management or any four (4) year business course.
  • At least 3 years solid recruitment experience with complex volume recruitment.
  • Data organization and storage knowledge.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle data with confidentiality.
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work systematically to achieve numerical targets assigned to the role.

Main Responsibilities/ Tasks:

  1. Closely interacts/discusses with clients on search progress, exercising independent judgment relative to client's needs and/or queries.
  2. Handles and leads multiple end-to-end search assignments including:
    1. Developing and implementing strategies based on clients' needs.
    2. Researching competitors and the marketplace.
    3. Defining job descriptions and documenting specifications.
    4. Identifying prospective applicants using a variety of channels.
    5. Creating an applicant persona (assessment) for each open position.
    6. Conducting thorough interviews with potential applicants and exercising independent judgment in making comprehensive assessment/evaluation reports on the endorsed applicants.
    7. Presenting shortlisted applicants.
    8. Representing the client and handling the offer negotiation on their behalf.
  3. Building long-term client relationships.
  4. Researching and developing recruiting leads including:
    1. Developing a sustainable candidate lead strategy.
    2. Coordinating with external partners to execute recruitment activities (field recruitment and external tie-ups) efficiently and effectively, resulting in a significant increase in the talent pool.
