  3. Line inspection and laboratory analyses

Responsibilities include:

  1. Performing inspection of all incoming raw materials and packaging materials, conducting in-line inspection from ingredients preparation to finished products.
  2. Performing finished product analysis and testing, conducting audits on all areas of the process, and preparing a report for each assigned task.
  3. Conducting batch-test prior usage of materials at production.

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. Graduate of BS Food Technology, Biology, Chemistry or Food Microbiology.
  2. Knowledgeable and with a better understanding of ISO, HACCP, HALAL, GMP, SOP and its principles.
  3. Has exposure in laboratory testing and in-line monitoring.
  4. Strong analytical and planning skills.
  5. Open for fresh graduates.
