Job Description:

At JK Network Services, we are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Officer to join our team in Lapu-lapu, Cebu City.

As a key member of our quality assurance staff, you will be responsible for ensuring that all products meet the highest standards of quality and safety. Your primary focus will be on implementing and maintaining quality control processes that ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure product conformity to specifications;
  • Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement;
  • Collaborate with production staff to resolve quality-related issues and improve process efficiency;
  • Analyze data and report findings to senior management;
  • Recommend improvements to existing processes and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., engineering, quality assurance);
  • At least 1 year of experience in quality assurance, production staff, or control staff;
  • Strong knowledge of quality management principles and practices;
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills;
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
