We are hiring an HR Manager to lead the full HR function in a dynamic FMCG/manufacturing environment. Reporting directly to the COO, you will work closely with the HR Consultant and the Executive Committee (Execom) to drive people operations, compliance, and culture across the organization.
Key ResponsibilitiesOversee end-to-end employee lifecycle and employee relations
Lead performance reviews and enforce KPIs
Manage payroll, statutory reporting, and labor compliance
Implement HRIS platforms and drive HR process digitalization
Lead recruitment and workforce planning initiatives
Champion employee engagement, retention, and company culture
Maintain HR data, records, and reporting dashboards
At least 10 years of HR experience, including 4 years in a managerial role
Strong background in FMCG or manufacturing industry
Deep knowledge of Philippine labor law and statutory compliance
Experience with HRIS platforms (Sprout preferred)
Proven expertise in payroll, recruitment, and employee relations
Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
Confident, independent, and results-driven leadership style
