TCS has an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic CSR Project Officer to join our dynamic global CSR team and support CSR Lead in the implementation of TCS' global CSR strategy and programs across ASEAN and East Asia. Based in Manila, this position is well suited for an individual that is looking to use their project management skills to advance their career and gain hands-on experience in a thriving and supportive workplace.

The role:

  • Program Support: Help in planning, implementing, and monitoring of flagship CSR programs of TCS across ASEAN and East Asia countries.
  • Ensure program alignment with organizational objectives and desired outcomes.
  • Support the evaluation and reporting of program performance and impact.
  • Logistics and Administrative Management Support: Oversee logistical arrangements, including scheduling, venue setup, procurement, and materials preparation.
  • Ensure administrative tasks such as budgeting, procurement, and documentation are handled efficiently.
  • Coordinate smooth execution of events, meetings, and workshops.
  • Communication Support: Facilitate stakeholder engagement through regular updates and effective communication and messaging.
  • Support the development and management of internal and external communication materials related to the programs.
  • Promote the program through campaigns, storytelling, and awareness initiatives.

Employee Volunteerism Support:

Support in the overall campaign and implementation of the HOPE employee volunteerism activities. This includes:

  • Creating awareness campaigns / roadshows on TCS flagship programs and HOPE employee volunteerism requirements.
  • Coordinating with the account POCs to discuss quarterly HOPE activities aligned to the themes.
  • Building a database of employee volunteers across the location.
  • Send out thank you notes, appreciation, and birthday greetings to all employee volunteers as part of our stakeholder relationship engagement.
  • Support in the campaign and awareness-raising of different corporate-led donation drives.

Reporting Relationship: The reporting would be to the ASEAN CSR Lead.

  • Excellent communication skills that are adaptable across cultures with the ability to communicate across levels within the organization, as well as with students, teachers, and members of the community.
  • Ability to own and manage projects. Strong planning and organizational skills with close attention to detail.
  • Self-directed individual with initiative, creativity, analytical and organizational management skills.
  • Outcome-oriented. High level of accountability and responsiveness. Ability to work independently and in a team.
  • Multiple Task / Stakeholder Management. Proven ability to independently manage deadlines and details while delivering high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must demonstrate initiative and enthusiasm; and continually display a positive attitude with a can-do approach to all tasks.
  • An understanding of relevant topics in the industry such as diversity and inclusion, STEM Education, and ESG.
  • Show an understanding and possess sensitivity towards various cross-cultural management issues that may arise.
