The Opportunity:

ECI has an exciting opportunity for a Systems Escalation Engineer with 4–6 years of hands-on experience in managing and troubleshooting enterprise IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have expertise inWindows Server technologiesincludingActive Directory (AD),DNS,DHCP,Hyper-V, Distributed File System (DFS), andPrint Servers. Proficiency inMicrosoft Azure,Office 365,Exchange Online, VMware andSharePointis essential. BasicPowerShell scriptingand familiarity withSQL,MySQL, andLinuxwill be considered a strong advantage.

This is an onsite role.

What you will do:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer and maintain Windows Server environments, including:
    • Active Directory (AD)
    • DNS and DHCP
    • Hyper-V and VMware virtualization
    • DFS and Print Server management
  • Provide advanced troubleshooting and support for:
    • Microsoft Azure (AD, VM management, Enterprise Apps, AVD's, Cloud PC's, Intune)
    • Office 365, Exchange Online, and SharePoint Online
  • Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD),Windows 365 Cloud PC, andCitrix XenDesktop.
  • Perform system upgrades, patching, and performance tuning.
  • Automate administrative tasks usingPowerShell.
  • Participate in 24x7 support operations, including on-call rotation and incident response.
  • Maintain documentation for system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting.

Who you are:

  • 4–6 years of experience in a Systems Engineer or similar role.
  • Strong hands-on experience with:
    • Windows Server (2016/2019/2022)
    • Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, DFS, Print Servers
    • Hyper-V and VMware
    • Microsoft Azure, Office 365, Exchange Online, SharePoint
    • AVD, Cloud PC's, Citrix XenDesktop / Apps
  • Solid troubleshooting skills across all listed technologies.
  • Basic knowledge ofPowerShell scripting.
  • Familiarity withSQL Server,MySQL, andLinuxis a plus.
  • Strong communication and documentation skills.
  • Willingness to work in a24x7 support environment, including weekends and holidays.

Preferred Certifications (not mandatory):

  • Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate
  • Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate
  • VMware Certified Professional (VCP)
