We are seeking a dynamic Systems Architect to lead the design, development, and optimization of IT systems and infrastructure. This role focuses on building robust platforms, including intranet systems, enhancing operational efficiency with AI integration, and aligning IT processes with ISO 9001 standards. The ideal candidate has expertise in SharePoint infrastructure, Microsoft Access, and the Microsoft 365 suite, coupled with strong technical and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:

System Design and Maintenance:

  • Design, implement, and maintain IT systems to ensure scalability, reliability, and minimal downtime.
  • Administer and configure SharePoint infrastructure, including permissions, site structures, integrations, and advanced customization.
  • Set up and optimize intranet systems to facilitate collaboration and streamline organizational workflows.
  • Oversee the setup and maintenance of Microsoft 365 tools, such as Power Apps, Power BI, MS Teams, and Microsoft Lists, ensuring cross-platform functionality.

Process Development and Compliance:

  • Implement ISO 9001-compliant processes for IT operations, ensuring adherence to industry standards.
  • Develop workflows and automation solutions using tools such as Power Automate, Power Apps, and scripting languages like PowerShell.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including architecture diagrams, technical specifications, and process workflows.

AI Integration and Innovation:

  • Research, propose, and implement artificial intelligence solutions to enhance decision-making and operational efficiency.
  • Stay updated on emerging technologies to identify opportunities for innovation.

System Monitoring and Security:

  • Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement preventative measures to ensure data integrity and system stability.
  • Perform regular updates, backups, and security checks, safeguarding against vulnerabilities.

Technical Support and Collaboration:

  • Provide user support, resolving technical issues to maintain system accessibility and performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure IT systems align with organizational objectives and user needs.
  • Provide technical guidance to IT teams and support the resolution of complex technical issues.

Tool and Software Management:

  • Manage and integrate Microsoft 365 tools, including Microsoft Lists, Power BI, MS Teams, and Microsoft Access, ensuring seamless functionality.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including system configurations, procedures, and architecture diagrams.

Requirements/Skills Needed:

  • Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (Master's preferred).
  • 5+ years of experience in IT architecture, system administration, or related roles.
  • Technical Expertise:
  • Proficiency in SharePoint architecture, Microsoft Access, and the Microsoft 365 suite.
  • Strong knowledge of network configurations, server management, and security protocols.
  • Familiarity with AI tools, scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell), and automation technologies.
  • Proven experience with ISO 9001 standards and their implementation in IT environments.
  • Soft Skills:
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Strong organizational and administrative capabilities with attention to detail.
  • Effective communication and collaboration abilities, capable of working with both technical and non-technical teams.

Work Schedule: 9:00 AM-6:00 PM (AEST) | 7:00 AM-4:00 PM (PH Time)
