Provides quality service to Metrobank and PS Bank Credit Card holders by resolving card sales, service inquiries, and concerns via multiple channels.

Your Role

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing quality service to Metrobank and PS Bank Credit Card holders.
  • Ensuring timely and accurate resolution of card sales, service inquiries, requests, and concerns.
  • Handling customer interactions via call, email, and other correspondence.
About You

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Bachelor's degree from a college/university.
  • At least 1 year of experience in Customer Service is an advantage.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Willingness to work on site 100% with a shifting schedule, including graveyard, night shift, morning, midday, weekends, and holidays
