Business Intelligence & Data Analytics (Business Partner)Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with Sales and Commercial Operations leaders to analyze KPIs, identify gaps, and develop action plans.
  • Conduct advanced statistical analysis and modeling to uncover trends, patterns, and improvement opportunities.
  • Build and maintain performance dashboards and reports using tools such as Excel (advanced), Power BI, or similar visualization platforms.
  • Regularly review sales and market data to forecast performance, optimize strategies, and track results.
  • Communicate insights clearly to senior leaders, ensuring complex findings are turned into practical recommendations.
  • Support business reviews by providing actionable, data-driven perspectives.
  • Accuracy and reliability of insights and reports.
  • Adoption of data-driven decisions by Sales and Commercial leaders.
  • Improvement in KPI performance, sales growth, and operational efficiency.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, Marketing, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in data analytics, sales strategy, or commercial insights.
  • Strong proficiency in statistical analysis and advanced Excel (e.g., pivoting, modeling, scenario analysis).
  • Hands-on experience with data visualization tools (Power BI preferred).
  • Excellent analytical thinking, problem-solving, and intellectual curiosity.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills; ability to simplify complex data into clear insights.
  • Track record of partnering with commercial or sales leaders to drive performance improvements.
