JOB OVERVIEW
The ESG Performance Analytics Manager works with the ESG Director to manage the enterprise-wide ESG Data Management Center, which serves as the primary repository of information and a think tank supporting the company's net zero and decarbonization goals. This is a hands-on role requiring knowledge of key reporting standards and data interpretation.

THE ROLE
  • Manages ESG impact metrics tracking and KPIs across Prime Infra's business sectors.
  • Collaborates with leadership and teams to develop systems/platforms for encoding, monitoring, and evaluating ESG and sustainability data.
  • Creates communications and data visualizations (dashboards, reports) for internal and external stakeholders to support ESG reporting and organizational messaging.
  • Recommends policy and process improvements aligned with the company's sustainability commitments.
  • Gathers and analyzes sustainability data; conducts research on environmental concerns and issues.
  • Coordinates external sustainability and environmental reporting, interpreting carbon and environmental data to assess progress against targets.
  • Implements best practices for recording emissions data, performance assessment, and setting improvement goals within Prime Infra's software platform.
  • Aligns with industry standards and leads responses to ESG ratings agencies and standard-setting bodies such as MSCI, S&P, Sustainalytics, CDP, GRI, TCFD, SASB, and IIRC.
THE INDIVIDUAL
  • Bachelor's degree in environmental science, data science, or a related field; postgraduate qualification or certification in sustainability is a plus.
  • Minimum of 10 years' experience in sustainability and environmental reporting, preferably in power, infrastructure, or industrial sectors.
  • Knowledge of environmental science, carbon emissions, and reporting requirements; familiarity with external organizations like CDP and EcoVadis.
  • Strong understanding of the ESG reporting landscape and trends.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, with strong project management and analytical skills; capable of handling complex data and multiple deadlines.
