Overview

Join our team as a Business Analyst (Hybrid) at Broadridge in Manila. You will be at the intersection of client relations, technology, and financial services, responsible for onboarding clients, building and deploying essential trade templates, ensuring robust connectivity, and supporting testing and ongoing system enhancements.

Responsibilities
  • Onboarding of clients — gathering requirements from clients and vendors, and production setup
  • Deploying/building trade templates and jobs — setting up necessary templates and coding to match spec file
  • Connectivity — establishing connections to vendors via SFTP/FTP, and updating expired keys or passwords
  • Testing — ensuring trading scenarios mirror current trading activity
  • Aiding support with existing clients — adjusting/updating current trade files or reconciliations, and implementing additional logic
  • Reviewing and prioritizing software problems and advocating for efficient resolution
  • Providing training and other support to business areas including traders and customer support teams
Your Profile
  • BS/BA degree required. Minimum 2+ years of related experience, preferably in financial services
  • Strong critical thinking, problem solving, and decision-making skills
  • Experience with FTP/SFTP, transport protocols and PGP encryption
  • Experience in SQL, C# and VBA
  • Ability to work in a team environment with collaboration across clients and internal service teams
  • Experience working with broker/dealers, clients and vendors (desired)
  • Understanding of equities, listed derivatives, FX, OTC derivatives & fixed income (desired)
