Handles multiple brand accounts simultaneously
Maintains professional communication with brand partners
Acts as the main point of contact in managing live hosts, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations
Demonstrates leadership by coaching and supporting talents, and monitoring live host performance, audience engagement, and content strategy
Resolves conflicts effectively and provides constructive feedback and actionable suggestions
Prepares detailed post-campaign reports and analytics, including insights and recommendations for continuous improvement
Qualifications:At least 1 year of experience in account management, client servicing, or talent management, preferably within a digital, e-commerce, or livestreaming industry.
Preferably with experience working in TikTok, Shopee, or Lazada environments.
Background in live hosting is an advantage.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to handle diverse personalities and build lasting professional relationships.
Excellent communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.
Highly organized, proactive, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
Willing to work in Capitol Square, Escario, Cebu City
