About the role

We are seeking an experienced Showroom Supervisor to join our dynamic team TRIBOA - SM MEGAMALL/ SM JAZZ in Metro Manila. As Showroom Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the efficient and effective operation of our flagship retail showroom. This is a full-time position that plays a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales performance.

What you'll be doing

  • Manage and supervise the day-to-day operations of the showroom, including staffing, inventory management, and customer service
  • Ensure that the showroom is maintained to the highest standards of presentation and cleanliness
  • Monitor and analyse sales data to identify opportunities for improvement and implement strategies to increase revenue
  • Provide coaching and support to the showroom team, fostering a positive and productive work environment
  • Liaise with the marketing and merchandising teams to implement promotional campaigns and visual merchandising displays
  • Respond to customer inquiries and complaints, resolving issues in a professional and timely manner
  • Maintain comprehensive records and prepare reports on showroom performance

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a retail supervisory or management role, preferably within the consumer products industry
  • Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
  • Excellent customer service skills and a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Proficient in data analysis and the ability to interpret sales and performance metrics to drive informed decision-making
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • A passion for the retail industry and a commitment to staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices
