Job Summary:
The Marketing Assistant Supervisor is responsible for supporting the Marketing Head in executing marketing strategies, managing promotional campaigns, and overseeing the daily operations of the marketing team. This role ensures that marketing initiatives align with company goals and drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in developing and implementing marketing plans and campaigns across various channels.
  • Supervise and provide guidance to marketing assistants, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, agencies, and other departments for marketing materials, events, and promotions.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Support in creating content for social media, email marketing, and other digital platforms.
  • Analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and provide reports with insights and recommendations.
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging and compliance with company guidelines.
  • Assist in budget planning and tracking for marketing activities.
  • Handle administrative tasks related to marketing operations as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, and branding strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and marketing tools (e.g., Canva, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, etc.).
  • Ability to multitask, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
  • Creative thinker with problem-solving skills.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
