KNC Group of Companies is looking for a Management Trainee for our Jollibee store in Mandaue City, Cebu.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including front-of-house and kitchen activities.
- Ensure excellent customer service and guest satisfaction at all times.
- Support inventory management, food quality, and safety standards.
- Learn and apply company policies, procedures, and operational standards.
- Assist in staff supervision, scheduling, and team coordination.
- Participate in training programs to develop leadership and management skills.
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, HRM, or any related field
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Willing to be trained and work in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible with shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow in the food service industry
