Events & Activation Officer

Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or Business Management or its equivalent.
At least 1 to 2 years of work experience in ingress to egress event design/management or other program.
With creativity, initiative, attention to detail, flexibility, multitasking ability and high stress tolerance.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred location: Metro Manila (for frequent on-site activation participation).

Responsibilities:

  1. Coordinate with event organizers to book booth slots.
  2. Handle forecasting & preparing of inventory to bring.
  3. Lead Ingress and Egress (with team).
  4. Man the booth at events and activations.
  5. Selling and/or Cashiering (we will train you).
  6. Grow event sales to hit sales target.
  7. Work Schedule: Monday to Friday (with weekends duty if there's an event).
