POSITION RESPONSIBILITIESKey Responsibilities:
- Assist in executing marketing campaigns across various channels, ensuring they align with regional growth strategies and business objectives.

- Support the refinement of cross-channel digital strategies based on data insights and regional market nuances, ensuring a tailored approach to each market.
- Apply analytical skills to identify innovative approaches and test new ideas to fill gaps in MQL (Marketing Qualified Leads) or pipeline. Ensure regional considerations are factored into global marketing initiatives.
- Keep up to date with regional digital marketing trends, consumer behaviors, and competitive insights to inform and refine marketing strategies.

- Marketing Degree or Certifications Preferred
- 2 years' experience in a Marketing position

- Hands-on experience and advanced skills in using data analytics and reporting tools. Familiarity with marketing automation platforms like HubSpot or Marketo is a plus.
- Ability to analyze data and draw practical conclusions that drive marketing effectiveness.
- Proficiency in SEO, web analytics, and performance marketing to enhance digital campaign outcomes.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey campaign results and insights to cross-functional teams.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate with teams across departments, fostering a unified approach to digital marketing initiatives.
- Ability to adapt to regional market trends and dynamic market conditions, ensuring strategies remain relevant and effective.
- A continuous drive to learn and innovate within the digital marketing field, with a willingness to explore new approaches and technologies.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTSThis job operates in a professional office environment. While performing the duties of this job, the employee will be largely sedentary and will be required to sit/stand for long periods while using a computer and telephone headset. The employee will be regularly required to operate a computer and other office equipment, including a phone, copier, and printer.
