Support financial operations and reporting for a leading IT consulting firm specializing in real estate.

Your Role:

Key responsibilities include:

  • Assist in preparing financial reports, statements, and forecasts.
  • Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
  • Process accounts payable and receivable transactions accurately and timely.
  • Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts.
  • Assist with budget preparation and expense monitoring.
  • Maintain organized financial records and documentation.
  • Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors regarding financial matters.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
  • Support audits, tax filings, and other financial examinations.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and assist with implementation.
About You:

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in a finance or accounting role (fresh graduates with strong internships are welcome to apply).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial management software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, NetSuite, Xero).
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Good understanding of financial principles and accounting standards.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
