Job Description:

The Regional Fleet Lead (RFL) is responsible for securing the fleet of agency and IC Delivery Partners (DPs), both for current and future requirements. In addition to sourcing, the RFL works closely with Hub Leads (HL) and the respective agencies regarding various concerns with DPs. The performance of the agencies is monitored and reported periodically, with recommendations for actions presented to the AFL. The RFL also sources potential agency partners, especially if there are any available locally, and works with Fleet HQ on strategies and actions required to grow the fleet while retaining the current fleet.

Responsibilities:
  • Coordinates with HL to ensure that payout computations are provided to FINOPS on time.
  • Ensures that the area fleet team achieves targets in sourcing and onboarding DPs.
  • Works with agencies to secure agency Delivery Partners (DPs).
  • Follows up on the enrollment of new DPs in FMS and removes DPs from FMS accounts once they have left SPX.
  • Provides prescribed regular reports to superiors as well as other non-regular reports that may be required.
  • Analyzes sourcing and onboarding performance of the fleet team and provides recommendations to address issues or suggest new ideas that help the fleet be more effective in delivering its targets.
  • Coaches, mentors, and monitors the performance of the department members.
  • Performs other tasks assigned by management from time to time.

Job Requirements:

  • Must have at least a 4-year college degree.
  • Work experience in dealing with Employment Agencies for riders and drivers.
  • Experience in HR, specifically in the recruitment department.
  • Experience in mass sourcing and hiring of personnel.
  • Experience managing a fleet of riders and drivers is an advantage.
  • Good negotiation skills.
  • High level of integrity.
  • Honest and transparent.
  • Organized and forward-thinking.
  • Able to think outside the box.
  • Escalates issues early before they become significant problems.
  • Proficient in both written and oral communication.
  • Excellent people management skills and demonstrates strong and decisive leadership skills.
