Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in software and hardware installation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Strong knowledge of network administration, including LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and wireless networking.
- Experience configuring and managing pfSense firewalls, including firewall rules, VPNs, NAT, and network security.
- Knowledge of server administration, including Windows and/or Linux environments.
- Experience managing user accounts, Active Directory, Microsoft 365/Google Workspace, and email servers.
- Familiarity with inventory management systems, including IT asset tracking and documentation.
- Experience supporting and administering VoIP systems such as VICIdial, Zoiper, SIP, and PBX environments.
- Experience with system backups, disaster recovery, and data security best practices.
- Willing to work ONSITE.
