We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior Buyer to join our dynamic procurement team. This entry-level position is ideal for a fresh graduate looking to launch a career in supply chain and procurement. The successful candidate will support the purchasing department in acquiring goods and services efficiently, ensuring optimal quality, cost, and delivery.
Responsibilities
- Support the purchasing department in acquiring goods and services to meet company requirements, quality standards, and delivery timelines.
- Assist with supplier qualification, bid analysis, and purchase order processing.
- Monitor order status, track deliveries, and resolve issues to ensure on-time fulfillment.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand requirements and specifications.
Must-Have Qualifications
- A Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Open for fresh graduates
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Nice-to-Have Skills/Qualifications
- Prior internship experience in a purchasing or supply chain role is a plus.
- Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Basic understanding of procurement principles and practices.
- Strong negotiation skills and cost-conscious mindset.
- Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
