Source new products, suppliers, and potential brands for the retail business.
Research products, pricing, suppliers, and market trends.
Request and compare supplier quotations and product offers.
Assist in negotiating prices, terms, minimum order quantities, and delivery schedules.
Prepare and process purchase orders and purchasing documents.
Monitor orders, deliveries, and product availability.
Maintain accurate product, supplier, pricing, and purchasing records.
Use Excel to prepare purchasing reports, price comparisons, inventory monitoring, and other analyses.
Coordinate with suppliers, warehouse, inventory, sales, and other departments.
Assist in identifying products that may improve the store's assortment and sales.
Perform other purchasing and administrative tasks as assigned.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.
Fresh Graduates are highly encouraged and welcome to apply.
At least 1 year of experience in retail buying, purchasing, procurement, or a related field is preferred.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including basic formulas, sorting, filtering, and data organization.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and analytical skills.
Willing and proactive in sourcing products and exploring new suppliers.
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Knowledge or interest in retail products, consumer trends, and merchandising is an advantage.
Able to work independently and coordinate effectively with suppliers and internal teams.
Willing to learn and adapt in a fast-paced retail environment.
