Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Siargao, Surigao Del Norte for a Restaurant Supervisor.

The Restaurant Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, managing staff, and maintaining high standards of food and beverage quality.

Additional responsibilities include training team members, handling customer inquiries, and working closely with the management team to improve service and workflow efficiency.

Qualifications
  • Supervisory skills and the ability to manage a team effectively
  • Experience in delivering excellent Customer Service and ensuring Customer Satisfaction
  • Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Knowledge of Food & Beverage operations and standards
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle difficult situations
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in hospitality is a plus
  • Previous experience in a supervisory role within the restaurant or hospitality industry is preferred
