Overview

The Medical City Clinic is searching for an IT Associate. This role is responsible for providing IT-related technical support and performing basic computer troubleshooting functions.

Responsibilities
  1. Provides technical assistance for queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware
  2. Installs necessary software to newly acquired system unit
  3. Provides hardware installation processes and procedures to concerned Department Heads
  4. Conducts onboarding to new hires
  5. Monitors and maintains computer assets of the company
  6. Assists users with the use of systems
  7. Performs basic troubleshooting
  8. Ensures proper filing of documentation of company assets
  9. Prepares related reports as requested by immediate head
  10. Performs other tasks that may be assigned from time to time
Qualifications

A. Education: Graduate of BS Computer Science, BS Computer Engineering, or Information Technology

B. Experience: Preferably with at least three (3) months related work experience / Fresh graduates are welcome to apply

C. Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

  • General knowledge in IT
  • Proficient communication skills (verbal and written)
