The Sr. Project Management Office Staff acts as a liaison between IMS and various stakeholders, fostering a culture of compliance throughout the organization. Candidate must have a deep understanding of internal control frameworks and regulatory requirements. This role is crucial in safeguarding assets, mitigating risks, and maintaining the integrity of the organization's operations.
To succeed in this role, you need to have:
- Bachelor's Degree in any Business/ IT/ Financial course.
- At least 3-5 year experience specialized in Project Management and Admin is an advantage.
- Demonstrated stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with different teams.
- Goal-oriented and can work under minimum supervision.
- Willingness to work in ALVA Building C. Raymundo Ave, Pasig City.
What will you do?
- Ensure that internal control frameworks, policies, and procedures are complied with and enhanced to mitigate risks.
- Collaborate with various departments to fulfill the requirements of the team.
- Support the team and Account Manager by addressing a wide range of requests, encompassing sales, non-sales transactions, and other sales-related tasks that contribute to the team's success in reaching its goals and targets.
- Act as a verifier for the JOs routing at Avante for IMS account.
- Monitor budget allocation for the internal accruals of all Accensia Jo's and updating of the database. This report will be submitted to the VP of Operations periodically.
- Process the following requirements or requests needed for IMS accounts:
- Creation of a job order (JO)
- Creation of a project module at Oracle (for the cost needed by Finance)
- Processing of CA, Reimbursement, PRS (orders), MO (moved order), and RSPO (request for scheduled pull-out)
- Oversee the issuance, tracking, and accountability (and clearance) of fixed assets in IMS.
- Perform administrative duties related to validation and document control, including reviewing and maintaining documentation.
