Duties And Responsibilities
  • Oversee day-to-day property operations, including leasing, maintenance, and tenant relations.
  • Ensure properties are well-maintained, clean, and compliant with safety and health regulations.
  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers for repairs, maintenance, and improvements.
  • Manage tenant relationships to ensure satisfaction and timely resolution of concerns.
  • Oversee lease agreements, renewals, and terminations.
  • Enforce property rules and regulations to maintain a safe and harmonious environment.
  • Prepare and manage property budgets, including operating expenses and capital expenditures.
  • Monitor rent collection and ensure timely payment; handle delinquent accounts and collection processes.
  • Analyze financial performance and provide regular reports to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with leasing teams to market vacant units and attract tenants.
  • Conduct property showings and negotiate lease terms with potential tenants.
  • Develop and implement strategies to maximize occupancy rates and rental income.
  • Ensure compliance with local laws, zoning regulations, and property-related legal requirements.
  • Maintain accurate records of property activities, leases, and financial transactions.
  • Manage insurance policies and handle claims or incidents as needed.
  • Supervise and support on-site staff, including maintenance and administrative personnel.
  • Provide training and performance evaluations to ensure staff productivity and growth.
  • Foster a collaborative and customer-focused work environment.

Qualifications, Skills And Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Property Management, Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in property management or real estate.
  • Knowledge of property services and facilities management.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
  • Financial acumen, including budget management and rent optimization.
  • Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
