Description:
The Brand Associate is responsible for establishing Marketinginitiatives, both above-the-line and below-the-line programs inmost cost-effective manner. They will participate in designingand implementing effective materials to build and strengthenour brands.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Utilizes various digital social media platforms to post ads for brand awareness of assigned brand and eventually sales conversion.
  • Prepares strategic marketing plans and programs forthe assigned brand and cost-effective budgetaryrequirement.
  • Creates social media calendar for the assigned brandthat will be the reference for the monthly product promotions
  • Establishes and maintains effective workingrelationship with the internal and external stakeholders.
  • Performs other related tasks as instructed byimmediate head

Qualifications:

  • Candidates must possess a Bachelors or CollegeDegree in Marketing, Mass Communication, BusinessAdministration, Advertising/Media, and/or otherbusiness-related courses or equivalent.
  • Open for fresh graduates. Relevant internshipexperience is an advantage.
  • Knowledgeable on Marketing Theories and Principles,Marketing Management, PR Marketing, DigitalMarketing
  • Knowledgeable on social media content and communitymanagement
  • Must be highly creative, innovative and has excellentcommunication and presentation skills.
  • Has the ability to collaborate with different levels in theorganization and adapt to various changing situations
  • Have wide networks on media and retail linkages is anadvantage.Background in market/industry research and studies,and competitor reviews is a plus.
  • Must be willing to report to work from Monday -Saturday, 8 AM-5 PM (Hybrid set-up)
  • Willing to work onsite (as needed) in Bagumbayan,Taguig City
