About the role

Valor Health Pharma Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Field Service Engineer to join our team in Vasra Quezon City Metro Manila. This full-time role is essential in supporting the maintenance and repair of our medical equipment and devices, ensuring optimal performance and reliability for our clients.

What you'll be doing

  • Perform on-site troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of medical equipment and devices
  • Provide technical support and training to customers on the proper use and care of our products
  • Collaborate with the engineering team to identify and implement improvements to product design and functionality
  • Maintain detailed records of all service activities and report on performance metrics
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant safety and quality standards
  • Respond promptly to emergency service calls and provide timely, effective solutions

What we're looking for

  • Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Biomedical Engineering, or a related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a field service or technical support role within the medical device industry
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex issues
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users
  • Proficient in the use of diagnostic tools and equipment
  • Willingness to travel to customer sites as needed
  • Valid driver's license and ability to operate a company vehicle
