Our Branches/Stores are looking for experienced professionals to join us in multiple sites listed above in the role of Relationship Manager.

What the role will entail

  • Generation and maintenance of business to achieve sales targets.
  • Sourcing, calling, and presenting bank products/services/investment opportunities to individuals.
  • Building an information database on existing high-net-worth clients to support relationship-building and cross-selling efforts.
  • Implementing cross-selling and other relationship-building activities, prioritizing activities based on the level of existing/potential business and revenue contribution of clients in assigned portfolio.
  • Conducting highly professional consultative financial analysis and profiling sessions with high-net-worth clients to identify suitable financial and investment products and services for them to achieve their personal financial and investment objectives.
  • Participating in promotional activities/events for client acquisition.
  • Achieving agreed sales initiatives.
  • Building and managing relationships.
  • Fostering and deepening customer relationships by providing regular market information updates and trend analyses on local equities, bonds, and other investment instruments through market specialists; conducting follow-up calls/visits to assist them in their investment decisions.
  • Conducting regular checks on market trends and competitors' program offerings and activities and initiating efforts to increase the attractiveness of EWB program/product differentiation against its competitors.
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Providing professional service to achieve customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Practicing service excellence in handling customer issues, complaints, and product inquiries in a timely, problem-free, and responsive manner.
  • Providing a high level of professionalism in conducting financial analysis and profiling with customers.
  • Recommending improvements in operational processes, procedures, and products based on monitoring of customer feedback to ensure constant enhancement of service levels and efficiency.
